Welcome to MBL Therapy. My name is Molly Benoit-Leach. It is a privilege to do the work that I do. To be a witness for other people and their individual journeys is an absolute honour.
I am a registered social worker and registered yoga teacher. I offer virtual psychotherapy, yoga, and mindfulness practices. I have 9+ years of working with these methods and believe in the transformative potential they hold because of how they have changed my life and how I have witnessed they change others' lives as well.
I specialize in working with adolescents, families, and individuals coping with anxiety, chronic stress, addictions, trauma, and relationships. Depending on the needs of the person I work with, I may use components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness based therapy, psychosomatic therapy, and elements of spirituality. I believe in working with the mind-body in a holistic way as they are undeniably interconnected and have great wisdom for us to behold when we can find ourselves still enough to listen. I always tailor my approach to meet a person where they are at.
Each person has their own inherit worth. I believe in each person's dignity and lovability.

I am currently offering services using a secure video platform. This can be accessed from a computer or phone. I also offer sessions over the phone. I offer these services in hopes to make therapy more accessible for people seeking support.
